Instill Acupuncture

Instill Acupuncture is a wellness clinic located in the Fremont neighborhood of Seattle. Sofina Rozich, LAc, PTA has been working in the healthcare field for over 15 years.  She combines both her knowledge and skills as an acupuncturist and physical therapist assistant to help patients reach their optimal health.  Sofina received her Bachelors in Health Science before pursuing her interest in hands-on, manual work in physical therapy.  Sofina’s personal experience with alternative medicine inspired her to pursue further education in Chinese medicine at Bastyr University.  Her background helps to merge both a western and eastern medicine approach toward integrative healing.  Engaging both the musculoskeletal and meridian systems allow the body to rebalance the local issue, as well as work on a systemic level to promote healing, as well as maintain and prevent further injuries or disorders.
